Daniel Kawczynski: 'I undermined my previous apology and I apologise'

Tory MP Daniel Kawczynski made a grovelling apology in the House of Commons today, as he admitted to undermining a previous apology made in the Commons for bullying staff by almost immediately retracting it when speaking to the media.
