Bar shooting victim clings to life as police stage ambush on active shooter

Body Cam video from Borderline Bar and Grill shows Ventura Police and a shooting victim was on the ground and sounded as if he was drifting into unconsciousness as his fellow bargoers applied pressure to stop the bleeding.
