Surveillance video shows Colorado cops hurling 78-year-old disabled man

Colorado cops are sued for tasering and hurling disabled man, 78, to ground because he sat in a closed-off section of a McDonald's while waiting for wife to finish shopping and couldn't hear what staff were telling him.
