Bodycam shows Cedric Lofton's struggle with cops before death

Wichita Police tell 17-year-old Cedric Lofton they're trying to help him during the Sept. 24, 2021 arrest that allegedly led to his death. He tries repeatedly to bite them while they wrestle him to the ground and place him in full body restraints.
