After deadly shooting, NYPD asks public and city for support

Following the shooting of two NYPD officers in Harlem on Jan. 21, officer Pat Lynch tells city government: "Give us the tools we need." He also asks for public support as officer Wilbert Mora fights for his life in hospital.
