Emergency crew attend as woman stabbed to death and man killed by car in Maida Vale

A woman has been stabbed to death and a man killed after being hit by a car in Maida Vale, west London. Ambulance and fire crews also attended but both victims were pronounced dead. Police are carrying out "an urgent investigation".
