Journo pleads to Mexican President for help as she 'fears for her life' in 2019

Mexican reporter Lourdes Mandonado is the second journalist to be shot dead in Tijuana within a week. In an unearthed clip from 2019 the reporter pleaded to the President of Mexico because she 'feared for her life'.
