Bald spot spotted by police as career criminal bungles disguise during arson

Police have managed to spot a criminal due to his bald spot after he bungled a disguise during the arson attempt of a getaway car. Footage shows the man go in and out of the car using a hoodie to disguise but the hood slips showing his 'slap head.'
