Kate thanks volunteers and fundraisers at Shout mental health charity

The Duchess of Cambridge is seen meeting volunteers at the Shout mental health text service in London. Kate wore a Derek Lam leopard print dress and spoke to 13-year-old Scout Leo Street who raised £8k for Shout by sleeping outside in a hammock.
