Rights for Residents co-founder: 'Care home visits should've come back sooner'

Following news that care home visiting restrictions will be dropped on Monday, co-founder of Rights for Residents Diane Mayhew struggled to contain her emotions as she insisted that visits should have been permitted much earlier.
