NATO Sec-Gen: 'Hoping for the best in Russia but prepared for the worst'

NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg says they are hopeful to achieve a peaceful political solution to the Russia-Ukraine escalation, but added that they were 'prepared for the worst'.
