Cyclist: 'We've always used the middle of the lane to dodge hazards on our left'

A man who 'has cycled to work for at least 30 years' explained that he believes the new Highway Code changes are simply a 'codification', and added that cyclists have always cycled in the middle of lanes to dodge hazards.
