Woman has to fund own breast reduction surgery after 'NHS rejected' her

A woman whose 36JJ breasts has said that she was rejected by the NHS when she requested breast reduction surgery through her GP. Carly Smart was said to have been refused due to her not meeting a criteria of 25 BMI.
