Currie: 'Never a good time to raise taxes but money has to come from somewhere'

Former Conservative Health Minister Edwina Currie says the government's decision to stick with the planned National Insurance hike is the right choice, as she believes there are huge funding gaps in social care and to clear NHS backlogs.
