Sir Ed Davey: Taxpayer should not pick up the bill for PM's legal advice

Leader of the Liberal Democrats, Sir Ed Davey, has spoken on BBC Breakfast where he said that he was going to write to the Treasury solicitors to ask that the taxpayer should not 'pick up the bill' for any the legal advice the PM may get.
