Micheal Gove says PM shouldn't apologise for Savile claims against Keir Starmer

Minister Michael Gove defends claims made by the Prime Minister in the Commons about Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer in relation to the prosecution of Jimmy Savile. Gove insists what the PM said was factual and that the CPS has previously apologised.
