Halt to protocol checks is 'breach of international law': Simon Coveney

Speaking in the upper house of the Irish parliament,Irish Foreign Affairs Minister Simon Coveney said a halt to checking goods entering Northern Ireland under the protocol would be breach of international law and also international treaty.
