Ballots arrive at Southend Leisure & Tennis Centre for counting in by-election

Ballots are brought to the Southend Leisure & Tennis Centre as the Southend West by-election count began. It was to find a successor to Sir David Amess who was fatally stabbed last year. Tory Anne Firth won with 86% of the vote.
