World Health Organisation boss talks Covid and cancer treatment backlog

Dr Hans Henri P. Kluge, the WHO Regional Director for Europe, speaks at a press briefing. He says that despite rising cases, Europe has reached a 'plausible endgame for the pandemic', but that cancer treatment is facing a backlog.
