Study finds minor exposure to light before bedtime may disrupt children's sleep
Screen time before bed has been shown to delay sleep in adults. Now, researchers at the University of Colorado Boulder have found that even very dim light can disrupt children's sleep. It's estimated that about half of kids use screens before bed.
