Ukrainian separatist rebel leader Khodakovsky urges Russia to send 30,000 troops

A powerful separatist politician in eastern Ukraine has urged Moscow to send 30,000 Russian soldiers to reinforce the Donetsk breakaway region and to operate any new weapons systems if and when Russia supplies them.
