Women from Ukraine take self defence course taught by military professionals

Viktoria Makarova, a construction company manager from Kharkiv, Ukraine is spending weekends learning how to use guns, practising martial arts and learning first aid. 'Now is the time to protect my country, my house and my family' the mother said.
