Ofcom chief on Jimmy Carr Gypsy Holocaust gag and Netflix regulation

Ofcom chief executive Dame Melanie Dawes says she could see 'value' in UK regulation of Netflix, which is currently under Dutch overview. Her comments amid a row over a joke about the Holocaust included in a Jimmy Carr show on the streaming service.
