Travel agent suggests travelling to Columbia for Caribbean holiday to save cost

A travel agent on Channel 4's 'Luxury Holidays for Less' suggest travelling further afield to Columbia for those wanting a luxury holiday in the Caribbean. Per head it would cost travellers less than £3000 for a two week holiday.
