Tears of joy from super fan with cerebral palsy as she gets hug from Jack Grealish

Jack Grealish made a young Manchester City fan's day by stopping to sign a shirt and give her a hug. 14-year-old Abbie Pinder who suffers from fighting cerebral palsy was in tears before City's 4-1 FA Cup win over Fulham at the Etihad Stadium.
