Comms union boss comments on Royal Mail's quality of service issues breakthrough

The Communications Workers Union boss Terry Pullinger has responded to a breakthrough on the problems with the quality of service that was plaguing the Royal Mail. Disaster struck the posties during Christmas with post being delivered in January.
