Dinghy is towed away in Rye Harbour after migrants crossed Channel on yacht

Footage from a nearby riverbank shows a dinghy being towed away in Rye Harbour in East Sussex. It comes as 21 migrants dived overboard when a 20ft yacht sailed across the Channel as hunt begins for the 'smuggler' and three on the run.
