Govt seeks diplomatic deescalation with Russia despite 'clear risk'

Northern Ireland Secretary Brandon Lewis says the UK government still hopes for a diplomatic deescalation of tension with Russia, however Putin's decision to keep amassing troops near Ukraine poses 'a very clear and present risk'.
