Solicitor says Prince Andrew needs to confirm settlement funding not paid by public

Solicitor Mark Stephens spoke to BBC News where he said that Prince Andrew, the Duke of York will have to confirm that the public have not paid for the legal fees and settlement money in his case with Virginia Giuffre.
