Putin welcomes Brazil's Bolsonaro in Moscow in meeting of illiberals

Russian President Vladimir Putin met Brasilian counterpart Jair Bolsonaro as he arrived in Moscow for talks amid Ukraine-Russia tensions. Both leaders had confirmed close relations between their countries before the start of bilateral talks.
