'I was lucky': Jeremy Vine falls from penny farthing resulting in a black eye

TV Host Jeremy Vine has fallen off his penny farthing after hitting a pot hole in his local park. Vine suffered a black eye and doctors in A&E told him he was 'lucky' he didn't sustain any other injuries.
