Grant Shapps confirms he has not seen the new Covid guidance as law ends

Transport Secretary Grant Shapps has said that he has not seen the new Covid guidance that will be released by the Government after the Covid law will come to an end. He explained that Covid guidance was always changing throughout the pandemic.
