Labour MP says he will raise issue of Prince Andrew's settlement in parliament

Labour MP Andy McDonald says people have a right to know exactly where the money to pay off Prince Andrew's settlement is coming from. He said there was a risk that it was coming from public funds, and that he would raise the issue in Parliament.
