Civilians fleeing eastern Ukraine arrive in Russia's Taganrog

Civilians in eastern Ukraine territories, which are under the control of Russian-backed separatist forces, arrived today in the Russian city of Taganrog after they were evacuated due to fears of a supposed attack by Ukrainian forces.
