Defence Secretary asked if sanctions are strong enough outside Whitehall

Defence Secretary Ben Wallace was asked by a reporter: 'Are the sanctions strong enough?' as he departed 70 Whitehall. Boris Johnson sanctioned five banks and three of Putin's cronies, with EU also set to announce penalties.
