Storm Franklin: Flood defences in place in communities close to River Severn

Flood defences next to the River Severn following high winds and wet weather in Ironbridge, Shropshire. The Environment Agency urged communities in parts of the West Midlands and the north of England, especially those along River Severn to caution.
