Donetsk People's Republic release clip claiming Ukraine shell took off man's leg

A video that has been released by the Donetsk People's Republic has purported to show a man who has apparently had his leg blown off by a Ukrainian shell. The video has drown widespread ridicule as many say the man is an amputee and it's propaganda.
