Russia's UN ambassador: Donetsk and Luhansk within their right to be independent

Russia's United Nations envoy has said that the regions of Donetsk and Luhansk are within their right to seek independence from Ukraine. Vassily Nebenzia: 'Our country could not remain indifferent to the fate of the four million people of Donbas.'
