Russian Military release footage 'displaying Black Sea Defence exercise'

The Russian Defence Ministry released a video claiming to show the takeoffs and landings on the deck of the Admiral Essen frigate were performed by the crew of the Ka-27PS helicopter of the Black Sea Fleet as part of a joint air defence exercise.
