Footage released of Russian army allegedly stealing safe from Ukrainian bank

A video that has been circulating online has been said to be the Russian military stealing a safe from a Ukrainian bank in the Khersov region of the country. Footage shows a pair of soldiers dragging a large safe through a doorway.
