Fordham praises Fijian workers who rescued elderly residents from Lismore flood

A group of Fijian abattoir workers have helped rescue about 60 residents at a Lismore nursing home. The entire township of Lismore on the far north coast of NSW has been evacuated as floodwaters reach heights not seen since 1974.
