Antony Blinken: Russia's actions in Ukraine are 'relevant to the entire world

The US Secretary of State Antony Blinken spoke to the press in Brussels after a meeting with leaders from the European Union. Blinken criticised the Kremlin saying 'we are faced together with what is President Putin's war of choice'.
