Vet on lockdown pets: Did we think lockdown wasn't going to end?

A vet on This Morning spoke about people overcommitting to lockdown pets. He asks if people really thought lockdown wasn't going to end and says people who can't cope with their lockdown pets were being short-sighted in the first place.
