Ukrainian MP on ceasefire: 'When Putin says peace, he means war'

Ukrainian MP Lesia Vasylenko told LBC radio that Putin's words cannot be trusted regarding the temporary ceasefire announced yesterday. 'To read Putin you need to be a master in reverse psychology', she said. 'When he says peace, he means war'.
