Mariupol's deputy Mayor: 'We moved our citizens back'

Mariupol's deputy Mayor confirmed Russian shelling is continuing despite a temporary ceasefire to allow civilians to leave the city. Serhiy Orlov said they have 'moved citizens back as it is not safe to be on the streets'.
