James Cleverly refuses to say if UK will provide Ukraine with military aircraft

The US says it is looking at providing Ukraine with military aircraft. On BBC Breakfast, Foreign Office Minister James Cleverly is asked whether the UK will do the same. He told the show 'we will continue to help Ukrainians to defend themselves'.
