Mayor of Zhytomyr shows off bomb apparently responsible for boiler explosion

Mayor of Zhytomyr Sergey Sukhomlin shows off a bomb which is thought to have caused the boiler explosion in Zhytomyrteplokomunenerho. He said Russia targetted the boiler house because it provided heat to nearly 30% of the city.
