Farmer illegally bulldozes bank of River Lugg to alleviate flooding

John Price, 67, used a digger in December 2020 to dredge a section of the River Lugg near Leominster in Herefordshire and stripped a mile-long stretch of the bank of trees and bushes. He claimed it was to prevent flooding of a nearby hamlet.
