Thief uses wheelie bin with house number on it to steal petrol

A hoodie'd man nonchalantly put £143 into a green wheelie bin with a number ten on it and wheeled it away into the night. He reportedly returned later on to do it again. He appeared to be working with an accomplice in the Northumbria region.
