Rod Stewart fills local potholes as no one is 'bothered to do it'

Sir Rod Stewart posted a video on his Instagram filling potholes on a road near his house, after complaining that nobody was 'bothered to do it' and an ambulance had a burst tyre due to the condition of the road.
